How to change the Product Code of the Nokia N97 or 5800
The product of a mobile code is code that identifies the phone completely, because it retains knowledge of the model operator, the type of publication, country of ownership, etc. Then explain in detail how to change the Product code for the Nokia N97 or Nokia 5800.

The following procedure works for Windows XP or Vista:
* First download the Nokia Ovi Suite from here, once it started the installation, execute it and connect the mobile PC Suite mode.
* Unloaded JAF JAF PKey Emulator 1.98.62 and V5. We installed the first one, we asked if we modify the cable driver to put NO. Do not run this application at this time.
* This step is recommended to make a complete backup of all mobile content, just as a precaution.
* Perform a Hard-Reset, this procedure to restore the phone as shipped from factory. To do this: * # 7370 #, we asked a security code, which defaults to 12345.
* Re-connect the phone using PC Suite USB mode again.
* Execute JAF PKey Emulator v5.0 and see an image like this, where we press the GO button.

We will see the following error

We launched the JAF v1.98 and headed to the BB5 tab (the middle).

Prod Manager activate the option and click on the button SERVICE.

Read press value

* Now we can introduce a product code. We changed the box WITH THE PRODUCT CODE CODE, depends on the 5800 or N97 product should put the following code:
